These are the really old fashioned telephones from the 60s they were around a lot in the 1960s they were around years before I was born. People use to have these in they homes and at work in the workplace in peoples offices and a lot of people had them in they houses and flats to.

We had one in every room in the house including the bathroom – Don’t ask me why?

I susspect my parents didn’t want to miss a call wherever they were in the house. Obviously before mobile phones existed which you can carry aorund with you. The old telephones were fixed to the wall.

I’ve seen the on the wall telephone loads of times Bob they were really good I’ve seen them on the telly before.
