  1. Maybe one or two of our team can focus on some goals around a competition. However, wouldn’t want to see people trying to get one over another. Rather more as a team approach? Thoughts encouraged….

    1. Good idea. HOWEVER, AS YOU RIGHTLY SAY WE MUST NOT BE FOSTERING COMPETITION BETWEEN MEMBERS BECAUSE WE ARE COLLABORATING NOT TRYING TO OUT PERFORM ONE ANOTHER – Sorry about the caps!!!!
