I have really enjoyed going on The Karaoke again today in The NTDF Cafe I sang Queen I Want To Break Free from 1984 from before It was born. I was out two years before I was born. It came out on the 2nd April 84 It is one of my favourite songs. I have it in my music library on my iPhone which I listen to sometimes.

This must have been one of the last compositions he did before he died? Ooops, just Goggled and it was 24 th November 1991. Great singer!

Yh he was wasn’t he Bob I was five years old and still at Cullercoats Priory School when he died I didn’t know he died at the time or who he was because I was only five Bob he was only 45 years old eight years older then what I am now.

There was a brilliant documentary charting the later half of his life. Very sad but also informative. Can’t recall what channel it was on.

I think I’ve already seen it Bob I know which documentary you mean me and my Mum watched it a few years ago I thought it was very sad but really good at the same time I think it was six years ago when we watched it.

I don’t Bob sorry I don’t think it’ll be on anymore because it was a really old documentary it was about six years ago when we watched it you might be able to get it on YouTube but it was really good.
