I really enjoyed it when I did The Voda Summer Of A Lifetime this time eleven years ago in the summer of 2011. It was the Summer of A Lifetime course I went on when I was twenty four then twenty five years old when I was in my mid twenties when I was younger. It was one of the most enjoyable things I had ever done with Voda it was really good. The whole project was called The Voda Summer Of A Lifetime.

It was a summer course with Voda Volunteering Bob. I really enjoyed it. It was really good and it was the only one I ever did and got to do at Voda. That was when I went to The Marlborough Hotel in Whitley Bay for a residential and the week before we went to Weardale up in Durham and stayed in a big house.

Iused to Work in Stanhope in Weardale. Can you remember the name of the big house?

I never knew that Bob I know the big house was next to a big filed and the countryside road I don’t know what the house was called but that was the house I stayed in three years earlier in March 2008 with my friend Gary when I was twenty one and Evalina who use to work at Voda and we went with Marc Froggatt and some other volunteers when I was younger. Then the year after summer of a lifetime in March 2012 when I was twenty five I went back with Robin and other volunteers and I had my own room my own bedroom with being the oldest volunteer.

I recall a house on a hill just over from the ford in Stanhope. Maybe this is the house you refer too?

I think that is the one in Weardale yes that’s right that’s the one I stayed in three times.

Its still their when on my last visit, although I think it has turned into a private residence.

Yh it a I think but I never knew that since I haven’t been back they since March 2012 Bob that was my last Voda residential they when I was twenty five when I was in my mid twenties when I was younger far as I know it’s still they.

I guess anytime of the year is OK but winter months can be perilous going over the hill to get to Stanhope.
