Emperor penguins

The Emperor penguin pairs for life.The parents go to sea /ocean for food for weeks at a time. They are very sociable animals they sometimes help each other by babysitting each others chick, if they need to.

My Covid story

I was working on a project funded by the Heritage Lottery, I was involved in designing a pictorial account of my personal experience though the lockdown. It was very i( i’ll say it again) It was very frustrating at first, my carer had to do most things though the window. We also had a laugh and carry on ( with a cuppa of course!) and made an awkward time, a good laugh because it involved my neighbours to! It made this awful situation a little less awkward and easier to handle!
