The only difficulty with accessing libraries is getting dedicated staff, availability of terminals and not being able to save work. however, i do get the message.

I enjoy going to the library to go on the computer and read the magazines they have available.
I also meet friends, attend events organised by the library staff.
The Libraries I go to are Forest Hall, Wallsend and Longbenton, all of which have great facilities for disabled people as well as other members of the public.

Your right Karen. Some of the new build librarys have good physical access but there are still challenges geting dedicated help.
