This is what Whitley Bay looked like back in the 80s and throughout the 1980’s before and after I was born. This is Whitley Bay Seafront and as you can see it is a bit different back then to how it is now this is what it was like when I was little back then to.

I think it has always been like that at night time Bob probably worse back then in those days I think.

Some used to say that it was the surplus of those who couldn’t get into Newcastle night spots.

That’s possibly true Bob Yh that sounds about right I think Newcastle was probably a lot worse back then in those days at night time maybe that’s why everyone went to Whitley Bay at night.
